MELON
Melon is a fruit with a great hydrating power due to its water content.
Melon, or Santa melon, is a very healthy fruit. It’s composed mainly of water, which makes it a perfect fruit for hydration in hot weather. Melon has a large amount of provitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin B9, which serve as antioxidants. As for minerals, it has potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and a little calcium. It is a diuretic and antioxidant food.
