Pink grapefruit is a citric and low-caloric fruit.
Pink grapefruit is a citrus fruit with many health benefits thanks mainly to its vitamin C content, which makes it stand out from other conventional citrus fruits. The light and thin peel of the pink grapefruit keeps inside a cream-coloured pulp. Its acidity contrasts with it, giving it that flavour.
Pink grapefruit contains carbohydrates, being a key source of energy, perfect to start the day. In addition, it has folic acid, which acts in the creation of white and red blood cells, facilitating the creation of antibodies in the immune system
Pink grapefruit is highly recommended for use in juices, concentrates, essential oils and juice-purées.
