YELLOW PEPPER

Yellow pepper is very beneficial for health. It has the same properties as the rest of peppers, although in different quantity due to the maturation stage in which it is found. Yellow peppers are sweeter than green peppers, and also contain more vitamin C than green peppers. Even so, all peppers are good antioxidants for the organism and are recommended in slimming diets.
